Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale a Beach hotel to Port of Miami

we would like to stay in Fort Lauderdale at the beach the day before a cruise from Miami. Anyone ever do that? What shuttle service picks you up at FLL beach and drops you at a ship at the Port of Miami ?

Lots of people do that. Easiest is to take uber. Not all shuttle companies make stops at beach hotels. Which hotel are you staying?

Haven't picked a hotel yet, just booked flights last night for July 30 cruise, just wondering about shuttle since we are not going right from the airport. Also looking at staying in POM area

The popular FLL based shuttles list the hotels they pick up at on their web site - check SAS, QLS, MJS, etc. who are often suggested on this board. As mentioned above, Uber is also an option - about $40 to get to POM from FLL.

 

The later in the day you arrive into FLL the fewer shuttle options you have to get to a downtown Miami hotel, and the more expensive the fare. Taxi from FLL to Miami hotels will run about $75-80 and Uber about $40. Lots of suggestions on this board for downtown Miami hotels.

We are flying in later in the day. I booked go airport shared shuttle from fll to a hotel on south beach. It was $48.30 for the two of us. They charge you up front and email your reservation to hand the driver. Hope this helps,
