Luggage Valet on Harmony

We used LV on Freedom in Sept (Port Canaveral) and really enjoyed the convenience. Sadly last month on Indy (Port Everglades) we were told the program had been cancelled fleet wide. I still see it on the Royal site and when I called, one agent said it was available for Harmony and during another call we were told to check with Guest Services once we board.

 

Anyone recently on Harmony that can confirm if it's still an option for FLL flights on AA?

Used it yesterday. Such a great program ! I hope it comes back to the rest of the fleet not just the O class.

Used it on Harmony last month but with JetBlue. From now on I will use it anytime it is offered. Felt good not having to search for luggage in the terminal then dragging it in and out of cabs. FLL to JFK my bag was the 4th one to come down the carousel, DW was the 10th. Probably a coincidence but none the less was able to get out of the airport in record time.

Thanks for the replies! I am relieved to know that it will be available. Only wish it was an option for Miami too. We have a 11:05am flight and it would make things so much easier.

Our Harmony flight is 12:15 pm. Our 11:30 am flight is for our Navigator cruise in November. ;)

If disembarking in Fort Lauderdale and flying out of Miami, flights have to be after 2PM.
