Coincidence or the power of Cruise Critic? NCL monitors CC I feel sure. Why else would they be happy for CC people to have M&Gs where they provide the food and drink and the officers are happy to attend. If you attend one then you get a list of the senior staff with their phone numbers and instructions to call if they can help.
