Can gift cards be used to play in the casino?

Hey friends,

 

We usually bring cash with us to load our S&S accounts, but since discovering the Verizon gift cards, we are now bringing lots of those along with us. I'm wondering if you can load them onto your account and then play with that money in the casino, or is there some restriction against gift card money being spent there?

Yes, you can use them. Once they load them on your account it is the same as cash. Just make sure to cash any remainder out when your in the casino before the cruise ends. Otherwise they won't give you the difference back at guest services. Any remaining amount on the last day willl be sent back to you in 2 to 3 weeks on another gift card. If the remaining amount is under $10 they will donate that to St. Judes.

Yes, once you add the gift cards to your account at GS or the kiosks.

You will need to fund your S&S account either at guest services or using the a kiosk.

 

When you first insert your card into a slot machine, you will need to create a PIN and verify your birthdate. You can then charge your Sail and Sign card and begin playing. When done be sure to cash out (upload) to your player bank. You can then visit the cashier to receive funds.
