How many languages do the cruise staff speak?

When you board, you will need to see the Restaurant Manager or his designee. Check the Century Daily for the times. This will be for changing dining assignments, but you can also speak to him about your folks.

I'd venture to say that more crew members speak Spanish as a first language than English, so your folks shouldn't have a problem.

Copies of the Century Daily are available in English.

Your agent should note your parent's pnr that Spanish is their primary language.

The ship should also have an international host or hostess that is available at guest relations. This person normally speaks several languages and could help your parents with any other problems that they might encounter.
