We are on the Nooradam out of Vancouver in Ma, I was wondering if bringing small amounts of bottle soda is aloud when we get on in Vancouver and at the ports?

You can bring all the soda and or water...you can carry! Nobody cares. The only limitation on drinks has to do with alcoholic beverages.

You can even bring in large amounts.

I'm a Mountain Dew fan, and we can not seem to get Diet Dew launched here in Europe. So whenever I'm in the US, I binge drink Diet Dew :)

On my last cruise (14 days) I've brought on 2 12 packs of soda, and nobody even mentioned it.

HAL still has a very cool BYO soda policy :)

There is no limit to the amount of sodas and bottled water that you can bring onto the ship.

You may want to have your cabin steward remove all the soda and other stuff from your mini cooler in the cabin so that you can cool your own cans of soda. Do this so that you don't get charged for the cans already there. And keep checking your shipboard account every couple to make certain that you aren't charged.
