How often do the menus in the MDR change?

December is a long ways away. They may well have changed, but a lot of the offerings/dishes that you see will be the same or very similar.

Your cruise is next years Caribbean winter season.

Many items will stay the same but HAL will change a few items. That has been the norm for years.

They'll change somewhat for next season, but the ones I posted should be pretty representative. Like KK said, some dishes will change and I'm sure the set-ups (veggies & starches) will be modified as well. Our last cruise prior to this was in 2014 and there weren't a ton of changes. Your menu order might change based on the itinerary and when you're having sea days, but it should follow what I posted pretty clearly.
