Sebleo Posted March 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2017 We will be cruising with our autistic son who will not eat vegetables and most fruits due to texture. We've tried mashed and pureed but we can never get it smooth enough. So, for now he eats the prepackaged stuff. We buy both jars and pouches. Just wondering if they will allow us to bring jars so we can have more variety.
Talex831 Posted March 7, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 7, 2017 As long as they're sealed, there should be no problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
cb at sea Posted March 8, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 8, 2017 Of course they do! Lordy! Bring what you need for your little one!
Sebleo Posted March 8, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted March 8, 2017 Thanks. I wasn't sure if they had restrictions on bringing glass jars. Also, do they allow the tetra packs of milk?
kitkat343 Posted March 8, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 8, 2017 I think the above posters are correct that everything will be fine, but honestly I'd email the special needs department just to be sure. I'm sure they'll tell you everything will be fine, and that way you'll have an email you can show the workers at the dock if there are any questions since it's stressful enough traveling and you shouldn't have to worry about anything else.. SadieN Posted March 10, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 10, 2017 What kind of milk? Carnival has many types onboard. For shore, check for restrictions. Prepackaged fruits and vegetables should be ok. Confirm the milk.
