Will be on the NCL Gem July 8th. When can I reserve dining and entertainment. Is the Gem menu posted anywhere.

You won't reserve entertainment on the GEM, booking specialty restaurants should open up 90 days before sailing.

Dining reservations open on April 9th (March 30 if you are in a suite). If you want prime time dining at Cagneys or any dining at Teppanyaki, be prepared to book on that day. Otherwise it will sell out quickly.

 

For menus, google "Norwegian Escape Menus" and select beyond ships 2. NCL menus are standard fleet-wide.

 

Entertainment can not be booked on the Gem. It is first come first serve.
