Port days - lunch opening times

We are headed out on the Magic in two weeks on Eastern Carib itinerary. Our arrival times at 2 ports - Grand Turk (noon) and St Thomas (11:30) ....do they open lunch early those days? Our excursions are not until 1pm or later, so we are wondering if we should stay on ship to eat lunch before going. I know on our Alaska cruise last summer, the breakfast and lunch times always varied according to port times. Just wondering if they do the same thing on this itinerary, or nothing opening until noon.

thanks

Just sailed on the Sunshine and we were in San Juan from 1 - 8 p.m. They did not change the opening times of any of the food venues for lunch (12-2:30) as I had thought they might. Breakfast items available on the lido until noon, but they started putting out some lunch things a little before noon. Guy's Burgers also started serving just before noon. If you want lunch earlier than that, the Deli opened with sandwiches at 11:00. Pizza available 24/7, as well as room service. We went ahead and ate lunch before heading out to explore.

We were on the Eastern Caribbean on the Magic last week. On Grand Turk day, we leisurely enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Cucina del Capitano at noon and were off the ship by 12:45 or so. We had a delicious, satisfying lunch and didn't have to fight the crowds leaving the ship at arrival.
