Which is Better Itinerary for Nice Beaches (Kid Friendly)?

Recommended Posts

Last night I booked us on the Symphony of the Seas. Am waiting next week to see Harmony prices and then will decide between the two.

Symphony goes to Roatan, Puerto Costa Maya and Cozumel.

Harmony goes to Labadee, Falmouth Jamaica and Cozumel (according to cruise cal).

Which of those has nicer beaches and kid friendly? For us a cruise is more about the ship than the ports, but if both end up being close in price, which has better itinerary?

Symphony which you've already booked would certainly be our choice between the two. (y)

Thanks. Realised I actually missed noting Nassau on Symphony (which we went to last year - did blue lagoon which was nice).

I should say too that DH and I have been on the Harmony itinerary before but it's different without kids.

My choice would be Symphony because of the Falmouth stop. If I was on the Harmony, I would stay onboard and explore the empty ship.

There are good beaches for families in all of the other ports.

Thanks. OP here. This is actually an old post from March. We booked Symphony when it came out. Then looked at Harmony when it came out 2 weeks later and it was $1000 more so we stuck with Symphony.

Really looking forward to trying the new ship. Plus, we have never been to Roatan and Costa Maya before. We've been to Cozumel but looks like there are some nice beach options that we missed the last time. So will be good. We may stay on the ship for our Nassau day just to get another sea day.
