Rare POA1 Posted March 15, 2017 #76 Share Posted March 15, 2017 When I print my personal itinerary, it looks like it is written in Greek, or maybe Russian. It's a fairly common problem. Cancel the print job on the printer. There is usually a cancel button. Cancel the print job on your computer via the printer manager. There's usually an icon in the tray on the lower right where the date and time is. Do a full shut down of your computer and restart it. Rare kazu Posted March 15, 2017 #78 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Five days of HAL issues on the website - still cannot get into my shore excursions. Hmmmm........ I have had the same issues. The tips posted earlier helped. Ironically, HAL emailed me to remind me that my shore excursions could be sold out for my upcoming cruise and I had better jump on the band wagon. so, I clicked their link and low and behold the website worked. there is something wrong with the picture when it works with their email and link and not just to go in.
