I experience the same issue as Dewaldcruiser. Chrome (and Firefox) have issues, but Internet Explorer and Edge seem to work with less problems. In this day and age, you would think that the site would accommodate more than one person from the same reservation at the same time. I wish they would correct the issues with their site - they've had the same problems for years. Love the ships, but not so much the limitations of their web site. nelblu Posted March 11, 2017 #10 Share Posted March 11, 2017 I've had issues for 3 days trying to do mock bookings. Tried using my 2nd laptop and it worked fine. Looked at the help for IE and one of the recommendations was to clean cookies & garbage files. Did so, and everything cleared up and was able to book Symphony on my computer.
