No more customs forms?

Just off the Pearl on Sunday (Jan 14th). No customs forms given. You only have to fill one out if you purchased $800+ in foreign country. We basically just walked through the customs line and showed our passports. Very quick and easy. Good idea to save paper and hassle.....how many people usually spend over the $800? I guessing not that many; especially on Caribbean cruises.

We were on Carnival Victory into Miami Thanksgiving week. I was quite surprised no customs forms were required--just had to show our passports (and declare if we had liquor I think).

Mobile Passport is only available at Port Everglades at this point. It's a great option!
