Also....be careful on your reservation if you have discounts of any kind. We are sailing on the Navigator next month and went in to print our set sail pass last week. Found it strange that I wasn't able to print it yet, and clicked on the reservation page to find that it said we still owed x amount of dollars. Since the cruise has been paid for several months, found my original receipt showing a zero balance and compared......their computer added the resident discount back in. Called RCL, agent took it off (again) and said he has seen that happen lately. He said that you can be in your reservation and click on excursions, beverage packets, etc and for some reason the computer takes off discounts. Since the agents know about this issue, one would think their IT department could get it fixed. Just another irritating issue with their website (when you can get on them).
