I just ordered 5. Only delivery option was mail. How long to receive? We are leaving in 24 days and I want to use this for onboard expenses.

 

I called customer service and was told these will ship in 3 business day. Est. shipping is 7 - 10 business days.

They tend to hold orders that are for several and do a separate verification of the person making the purchase. We ordered $500 three times, and all three times the orders were held, we got an email asking us to call as they wanted to verify we really made the purchase. Odd thing was, my account, my address, and my credit card were used, it wasn't like we had different addresses. When we did only $100, they were shipped with no trouble. When we had higher values, they also shipped them UPS and then a signature was also required.

The customer service rep said as long as it wasn't over $500, it should be fine. Plus, I think calling helped to verify that I indeed want these. :)

I had that issue with my $500 card. Fortunately I read that email. At first I thought it was just a shipping verification and I don't always read those. The UPS part worked out good because when I wasn't there to sign for it they delivered it to a UPS store that's very close to my house.

Mine came in less than a week. You should be fine.

I did at least manage to get $100 from Verizon this morning, when I saw posted they were available. Verizon and AARP show them available at the same time. Have our cruise in May, wanting to book the drink packages. Every little bit we can save helps at least.

If after using the Carnival Gift Cards to pay off your cruise and you have money left over, can you somehow add it to your S&S card and then cash out in the casino?

Yes, I bought cruise cash with my left overs. It will pay tips and give me a bit of spending money.
