First Time Cruise on 07/21/17 on Escape

I am looking into booking flights, it appears the only airport within a somewhat normal price range is Ft. Lauderdale. However the flight leaves at 3 pm on 07/29/17. Do you think we will have enough time to get off the ship and get to the airport by 1 ish?

 

Any response or tips would be greatly appreciated.

3PM in FLL should give you plenty of time to get off the ship and get there. We book through SAS when we do this.

I booked AA at the beginning of the year and got it for a real good price going directly to Miami. Where are you flying from? I'm coming from Chicago.

We are coming from New Jersey. I would love to fly into Miami, but its close to 700 for us to fly into Miami.... It sucks. Also what is roll call?

SAS Transportation...a shuttle company. You will likely be AT the airport by 11am....maybe earlier.

More than enough time, FLL is only about 30-40 minutes from Miami

More than enough time. Also might try Jiffy Jeff ... lol that is his company name. He was cheap, super fast, Very on time , and small company with 2 Mercedes vans for pick up.

At the top it says find your roll call. It will ask what ship and date. Just like this thread you just type a message and you are on the roll call. I hope that makes sense.
