ldl05 Posted April 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2017 I just went to look at My Cruise Planner on the RCI website, and the 6 dinner reservations I made for our cruise on Monday, April 3rd, have disappeared. 4 MTD and 2 Giovanni's....?!?? Of course, my bev package and one excursion are there! I did go into my calendar on the planner, and the reservations are still listed on there, but not on the reservation page. I know I can't revise anything since we're leaving in less than 48 hours. Has this happened to anyone else , and if so, what did you do to fix it? Thank you!! widallas Posted April 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 1, 2017 I had MTD scheduled for our last Thanksgiving cruise...Linked for 3 cabins. When we arrived at the MDR..."sorry no don't have them. You can come at 8pm." Had to show them screen shots AND throw a bit of a fit. If we mess up and don't reserve it's on me..but if my reservations just "go away" that's not acceptable.
