50th Anniversary Cruisin Posted April 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 2, 2017 We will be cruising for the first time on Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. My daughter is 11 and we noticed that there is a kids menu. We are all foodies so she would like to order off the adult menu. Is she required to order off the kids menu? Adults many times like ordering the Mini Brownie Madness off the kids's menu fior dessert.

taglovestocruise Posted April 2, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 2, 2017 We were on Oasis last year with our 11 yo granddaughter. She is very active in sports and has a huge appetite. She ordered off the adult menu having several appetizers and usually two different main course each night that she was with us. There were several nights that the kids club had a dinner for those who were interested. We had dinner one night at Chops Grill and they do have a limited kids menu for half price. She opted out and had the large filet mignon and several sides and left pleased as punch. happy cruising
klangel Posted April 6, 2017 #5 Share Posted April 6, 2017 Your daughter may order from the adult menu. A couple of months ago we took our grandson on his first cruise to celebrate his second birthday. The waiter presented him with the kids menu. My daughter chose to order his dinner from the adult menu because the kids menu offer burger, hot dog, pasta, french fries. My daughter would order something different for him every night such as chicken, fish, beef. He would enjoy his dinner every night and the waiters compliment on how well he behaved and how well he ate his dinner.
