Confused with Cancellation/Change Fee...

I think I may have misunderstood the cancellation/change fees as I haven't been on NCL since 2006. At first I thought reading terms and conditions that once you put a deposit down you forfeit it if any changes are made or cancelled. I'm looking at booking an 8 night Med cruise in Oct 2018 however my group won't be able to solidify time off until next year. We want to take advantage of the prices now and the reduced deposit. Can booking be cancelled or name changes made with 100% refund up to 90 days prior?

TIA!

Cancellation fees vary by where you book. People booking in the US with NCL can cancel with no penalty up to final payment.

Guests booking with non-US NCL offices and some travel agents have cancellation fees from the day they book.
