Oosterdam 7028 Rotterdam Deck

I am booked in cabin 7028 Rotterdam Deck on the Oosterdam. I noticed the front area of the Navigation Deck, the deck above me is not staterooms. Am I below the bridge or some other crew area? Has anyone had this cabin and was there a lot of noise overhead? Trying to judge from where the stairs are located it appears I may be OK, but I don't know if the diagrams are to scale or not. Any information would be appreciated.

Directly above your cabin are other cabins on deck 8.

In front of them is the bridge area -- officer cabins, etc.
