Taxi fare from Miami airport to cruise dock

Just wondering if anyone has taken a taxi recently from Miamia airport to the dock? Just wondering about how much does it run.

It recently went up from $21 to $24 from MIA to Port of Miami. That's for the cab ride (not per person) ;)

Well I guessed the cab fare might go up since we pay more for gas ourselves. that is still less then the shuttle as there will be four of us. thanks

Be careful. i had a driver in 2001 or 2002 who tried to charge meter. Guess he took this Chicagoan for a rube. You can just guess what his tip ended up being. NOTE: I ALWAYS carry about $75 in small bills.

I know in alot of cities there is like a taxi stand where you pick up your luggage. They ask you how many people and bags you have and then you are matched with a taxi-so the city controls the price-I like that.

We paid $22 total for 2 persons last Dec. This may very well increase with the current cost of fuel. Plan on $25 and you won't be taken off guard.
