How do I get to see any benefits added to my orginal booking confirmation, such as OBC or other addtions? I have My Cuises's but see no way to see upgrades that happened.

They won't show on you cruise planner only in the documents that you received when booking. On some sailings they are allowing access to obc prior to sailing, so you might see it in your cruise planner- but only on some sailings. We currently have three trips booked one we have access to obc the other two we don't

Contact whoever booked your cruise and request Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation.

highly recommend printing out all offers/etc you got with your booking. you just never know on board what will happen. i had some OBC that was not on my account last time and had to email while on ship

Also, We always take a copy of our booking paperwork on board that shows what perks we have, just in case (hasn't ever been an issue) something doesn't show.
