NYC yellow taxi has a flat rate to JFK from anywhere in Manhattan, including MCT - $52.80 including a 80 cents MTA & improvement surcharge. East River toll crossing is $5.74 as they are charged/add the EZ-Pass rate - typically the Queens Midtown Tunnel. Suggested 15% to 20% of fare for tipping. (All inclusive total is about $69) You will get an itemized receipt, keep that for your record, just in case to avoid being overcharged.

thank you, reasonable price.. a shared van for 3 people is probably about the same or a little more.. live in vegas but grew up in ny... i use to drive a cab on the weekends for a awhile , ametered ride from the the east side was about $ 25.00 with 50 cents toll..time marches on....
