It all depends on which ship you're on.  If you cruise on the Horizon, Vista or Sunshine, you can get an espresso milkshake either with or without alcohol.  The coffee shops on the rest of the fleet will have espresso, cappuccino and lattes that are all included in Cheers.

Ok so I'm sailing on Fascination.  Getting something like a Starbucks frappucino would not be included then?  Or just completely not available??

If a frappucino is an iced latte with syrup, then it should be available and included with Cheers.
