I decided to try Royal's FB page, in minutes I had clarification....now THAT is WOW! :cool: So maybe use FB instead of tying up a phone line if you have a question. JenGang Posted April 29, 2017 #8 Share Posted April 29, 2017 So glad I saw this thread! I have emailed the Royal Celebrations department 9 times since Feb. 19th with no response. I just went on the FB page and someone responded right away that they will look into it for me. Now hopefully they follow through! :D If not, I guess I'll have to take some time off work to call but shouldn't have to do that when the have an email listed on their website.
