Drink vouchers

He everyone! I am new to this cruise line and was reading about the vouchers. If we bought 12 vouchers, can my husband and I share the vouchers or do u have to buy for each person? Just booked seaside for March 31st!!!

Why husband and I shared the non-alcoholic vouchers. Not sure about any other vouchers.

Yes you can share the vouchers, they are not assigned to a specific person. We bought 4 voucher pkgs and shared all of them

The drinks voucher we are given 12 each... what kimd of alcoholic drinks are they including?

I believe it's for any drink $8 or under. The prices are on the menu. We tried to maximize the vouchers by using them on the higher priced drinks and put any small priced items on our account. By the end of the week the bill was very reasonable.

If you're ordering drinks off a menu, a red asterisk will mean you can't use your voucher. It'll be pretty clearly listed.

Do drinks using vouchers require a tip, or is that pre-paid as a part of the voucher?

There was some confusion about this on our trip. A few of the crew members told me anything under $8 and then others said whatever is on the back of the voucher. Turns out neither answer was completely correct. I found out that you can use the vouchers for ice cream and milkshakes as well (not listed on the voucher), but you can't purchase the $5 souvenir cups with soda in them even though it's less than $8. We don't drink alcohol so it wasn't a great deal for us.

We were able to use the vouchers for gelato ice cream, sodas, mixed (alcohol and non-alcohol) cocktails (under $8), beer (under $8), specialty coffees, bottled water and milkshakes/smoothies. Anything on the menu marked with a red asterisk can't use a voucher. We had used the vouchers for lunches and dinners.

 

We had 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) people travelling and had 72 vouchers to use. It was plenty for us for the entire trip.
