Wine tastings, cooking demos, etc -- Rough Costs?

Though we're not sailing for another year, (Gem to Bahamas) I'm trying to be sure we've budgeted enough for the extras we may want.

What is the approximate cost for some of these classes?

The food demos are free. They usually consist of various chefs making some of the things available in the specialty restaurants, and often they provide recipe sheets. If they don't, you can request the recipe and they'll send it to you.

The wine (and cocktail and beer) tastings are about $20, although some ships have a short play with wine and that tasting costs a bit more.
