Seeking advice on booking Seaside

I need some opinions and kinda quickly

We are going to cruise for our first time on the Divina in July and were considering booking the Seaside while on board for 2018.

However , we found a fantastic deal with an online broker for a 7 day western Caribbean in a balcony for $939 with $50 OBC in April 2018. But. . . we only have until tomorrow to book it.

What do you think ? Should we go for this deal or wait and book on board ?

Here are my pros and cons . . . It sounds like a great deal . . . But. . . I what if we hate MSC ( which I highly doubt ! ) or maybe by waiting until July there will be no balconies available for April . Or perhaps MSC will offer a better deal !

What should we do ? TIA Thanks

$939 is total for room or per person? Is it inclusive of tax?
