I went for the Breeze

This is the furthest out I've ever booked a cruise (Jan 2019) but we're going on the Breeze out of Port Canaveral with ports of call Belize, Routan , Costa Maya & Cozumel. The only port I've been to out of the four is Cozumel. We decided to take advantage of the reduced deposit too.

Days Inn was remodeled and has good prices. Shuttle to port. They even have smoking rooms.

Haven't snorkeled in Belize, but it was outstanding in Roatan a few years ago. Highly recommend!

If you're not going to go cave tubing in Belize, go to shark Ray alley and check out their snorkeling. It's part of the second largest barrier reef in the world.
