Luggage Direct

I tried to order the Luggage Direct service for after our Alaska cruise, only to find out that they do not offer that for the Noordam :confused: Just curious, why would they not offer that even though HAL promotes it and Seward is one of the locations that are included?

 

And what do we do with our luggage when we participate in the Kenai Fjords excursion?
