Which would you do. I'm looking to take an island tour and see the caves one day, then have a beach day for day two, followed by possibly jet skiing day three or another beach. Sailing with 20 and 18 year old

Tobacco is small and if you do not get there early, you might not get an umbrella / chairs. But. St. George is pretty cool, and Fort St. Catherines is a must do if you go there.

OTOH, Horseshoe is huge and we have always had no problem with umbrella / chairs. I understand the facilities have been upgraded quite a bit, and we are looking forward to checking it out.
