hrprof Posted June 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 6, 2017 We have always been lucky enough to reserve an OS on our O cruises and have benefited from the butler's providing a variety of snacks at cocktail time. We are coming up to a cruise where we are traveling with a group of 6 friends - we plan to gather in our suite before dinner each evening. Question - is there a menu outlining choices to order for a gathering group? There is no expectation that this would be complementary - would just like to know how others have handled it. Goldmann Posted June 6, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 6, 2017 There is a separate menu for such. We've always found it placed in the right hand desk drawer on Marina/Riviera. Certainly expect it would be available on "R" class ships as well. No experience with the latter.

No experience with the latter. +1 but be warned that the Entertainment Menu provides for large platters (think forty or more pieces), such as you would see at a wedding reception. Six people might well be overwhelmed.
Goldmann Posted June 6, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 6, 2017 ++1....post #3 agreed. However, remember it's Oceania. they have been totally accommodative in adjusting portion sizes, selection, anything we desired each time we have used this service. How many in the groups that you have entertained?
Goldmann Posted June 7, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 7, 2017 Same number you are considering almost nightly. at least one larger session per cruise which averages upper 20's.
Rare ronrick1943 Posted June 7, 2017 #7 Share Posted June 7, 2017 We've done it, and it's done right. Your Butler takes care of everything. Rick
hrprof Posted June 8, 2017 Author #8 Share Posted June 8, 2017 Thank you all for your help. Obviously, I've always ignored the "entertainment menu" in the drawer. Will be looking at it closely on our upcoming cruise! Ted
