  1. Yes they take care of the bus ride, however a lot of good car service companies.
  2. We were big Oceania fans, love their suites-----but enjoy cruising on Regent more. I enjoy not pulling out the card all the time, and the food is better on Regent.
  3. And happy to have them added, put's us in a new level........😁
  4. We use Viator everyplace, they do a really good job. Never disappointed when booking, touring.
  5. Just an FYI, (nothing about HS) the Mariner is a great ship. We really enjoyed cruising on the Mariner.
  6. Just checked, got account information, no problem. I think. SusieQft is right-they added SSS nights to your account.
  7. That is odd, (US booking), we've always used a TA, we always use a credit card. TA takes the number and forwqrds it to Regent, Regent charges the card--not the TA. Never had a % charged for using--If someone wants to charge a %-it's time to move on.
  8. I agree, in most case's if you have an interest you need to call your TA to see if everything you read/want applies to you and that trip.
  9. We've cruised a few times on SeaDreams, really a nice ship with some of the best service we've had cruising. The only problem, short cruising is what they have--we like a little longer cruise and a little bigger ship (which is why Regent fits us now).
  10. We were going to do the Papeete to LA in March 2021, they made a change (small they said) making it Papeete to Lima. We will stay with the cruise, and decided to make it a b2b adding Lima to Miami. We hope it goes, but if not will be looking at the SF to PPT.
  11. We did the Tokyo to Vancouver last year, it was a great cruise. You'll have a wonderful time.
  12. We had a Birthday, never said a thing. However our butler (if they are good) reads your file), at dinner that night a cake was presented with full birthday surprise---got to our suite, full of balloons and Birthday sign. Nice touch.
  13. Doesn't Regent have contracts with airlines, maybe United isn't one of them or that flight has an additional cost---all flights going to the same airport on the same day don't always have the same price.
  14. Ours is March 1 2021, hoping for the best (really want to cruise)🤞agree!
  15. I really don't get it, it's a new perk and on Regent it should have been one earlier than now. It should be a big deal........Just my opinion.
  16. WE did the same, we have a March 1 cruise and booked the tours just in case. One has to hope...........
  17. For our B2B we have 2 different booking numbers, one for each segment. So you have different dates for payments, tours and dining.
  18. I agree, it's one that Regent needs help selling.
  19. One can only hope, we'll cruise in early 2021. We enjoy cruising period, ports come a far 2nd for us--yes I'd do a cruise with no ports of call.
  20. The food is good as others say, but great it is not. Your on a cruise with good chefs, not great ones. That said we enjoy the food on Regent and that is one many of the reasons we cruise Regent.
  21. We've had no problem with changing to another cruise. (We buy outside of Regent).
  22. Like most I think it's a great perk, we got it before because of the suite we stay in. Do I care that they made it a perk for all--not at all I think it's a great perk for all. Really don't think it will change the type of service you get from Regent.
  23. If this is the case, why are we letting planes fly? Hotels open? Cruising is the same to me.
  24. Wow, that is a surprise. That goodness they have 24hr soon service.
