Regal Princess St Petersburg overnight Russian visa

We will be cruising from Berlin to NYC on Regal Princess on 9/1/2017. Overnight in St Petersburg, would like to contact a Russian travel agency for a tour of Moscow.:pAny suggestions?

If you look on the ports of call board you will find dozens of postings for SPB, Alla, Denrus and others. You can then check them out to see which offer tours that satisfy your desires. Many of the standard 2 day tours are quite similar but their are variations and if you want a custom tour most can provide that, although at greater cost.

We also had that plan before. But tour agencies we talked to said that tours in St. Petersburg that include Moscow are offered only for cruises with 3 port days in St. Petersburg due to Moscow's distance.

With just two days you'll be spending most of your time travelling, unless mebbe you fly both ways.

I'm guessing from your post that you've not been to St Pete's, and IMHO you'll do far better to to spend your time there - it's well worth those two days and more.

We looked at doing that during our stay in St. Petersburg but it was a hugely long day. I don't think it's possible if you only have one night in St. P because it was such an early start and a late return (something like 5 am until 11 pm or so).

Agree spend your limited time in St Petersburg. We used an amazing private company TJ Travel that handled everything for our 2 day stay on RCI's Jewel.

 

Don't let your cruiseline dissuade you in any way from using a private company as they will push their own cruiseline excursion....Unfortunately PCL and a few other's are known for this misinformation...luckily we didn't have this or any problem with RCI.
