kitty9 Posted November 27, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 27, 2005 The cruise line will NOT allow you to purchase beer for delivery to the ship. You have to bring it on yourself, basically hidden in your luggage. You can have wine delivered via a bon voyage package, but not just an order of beer. You can order beer from room service, but not from a liquor store in Houston.
omahairishfan Posted November 27, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted November 27, 2005 not talking about ordering from the ship. I read posts where they order by the port and it is waiting in their room for them. It costs more than you would pay at a store.

loveglory Posted December 3, 2005 #5 Share Posted December 3, 2005 You can ask to have special things in your room when you come in.
L0204 Posted December 9, 2005 #6 Share Posted December 9, 2005 In reading another post recently I discovered that a company called Well Wishers will deliver to your ship. They wrap the packages so the staff doesn't know what is in there. I got on their website wellwishers.com but only saw wine and gifts. However, one of the posts said if you call you CAN order a case of beer and/or alcohol to be delivered to your stateroom on the day of embarkation. Here's their phone #1-800-423-6525 We're cruising in Jan 06 on the Norwegian Jewel, so I haven't called yet. Good Luck.
KreinKrunker Posted December 9, 2005 #7 Share Posted December 9, 2005 I have used http://www.wellwishers.com in the past. If you have a special order, ask for Stephanie, if she's still there.
