For those who have been to both, can you tell me if you would choose to go to Pioneer Park for a few hours and have dinner at the salmon bake or take the Princess Highlight Tour of the Museums and why? I do realize it is based on personal taste but I would like to get opinions on both. Thanks in advance for the feedback!

I havent visited as part of a cruisetour, but had DIY visits to U of A Museum, Morris Thompson, and Pioneer Park (not the salmon tho). I enjoyed them all!

Go to the web sites to learn about each location, and determine which appeals most.

Rent a car. Then you dont have to choose ....you could visit the museums AND Pioneer Park.
