I'd say go ahead and download it then keep checking. They don't seen to announce new ports of entry. Who knows. By the time you need it YYZ might be there.

No, For US passport only,

 

 

The website says for Canadian passports too.

I just looked on the link and it stated for both US and Canadian....not sure if it is at all the airports listed, but there are many. Check the link someone posted above.
