sn2792 Posted June 27, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 27, 2017 I purchased a necklace in Falmouth at House of Diamonds while on a cruise on Oasis. I wore it that night and the chain broke. I filed a claim with Port Shopping person. I received an email from RCCL a couple of weeks after our return with a number to call in Las Vegas for the company that makes the product. I sent them a picture of the necklace and they offered me a couple of options for repair. I mailed the necklace to them and it was fixed and returned to me within a week.
