Anyone been on msc @ Christmas? Do they have any special events that would appeal to kids? Is there Santa?

I was on Costa at Christmas and they made many events, santa was there!!! I think that on MSC will be the same.

Christmas Eve dinner is spectacular!! The Italians celebrate on Christmas Eve as I'm sure you know, the menu was extra special, the ship trimmed beautifully, and yes, somehow there is an appearance from Santa!

Thanks. This is great to hear. Our two younger children are very upset because they want to be home for Christmas, but that week has turned out to be the only full week we can get away. We were scheduled on ncl for the week before Christmas, but our high school student's schedule has changed. It is an expensive week to travel.
