gerelmx Posted July 6, 2017 #29 Share Posted July 6, 2017 Something similar happen to us, Oasis of the Seas March 17, 2016. This cruise was a gift from my financial advisor. After the cabin was assigned I go to RCCL website to book shore excursions and paid them with my credit card. Two days before I receive a phone call from TA telling me that the reservation is going to be cancelled because there was a debt. I explain to the TA and send him by email the vouchers, etc. he call RCCL and they apologized for the error and give us a cabin upgrade from inside to a Central Park View Stateroom.
