A Bit Frustrated

I just called C&A because I booked directly through them and I got a guy who barely spoke English. I was trying to take advantage of a price drop and the guy just wasn't understanding me. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

Don't get me wrong, I know it's not the guy's fault...but can't Royal offer some kind of class for learning English?

Brush up on your Spanish.

 

Why should I have to speak Spanish? I live in America! Give me reps that speak English. I am sorry but I should not have to adapt to them, they should have reps that speak English.
