Is there loungers on the balcony as well as chairs?

No guarantee, but all the aft balconies I've seen on Voyager/Freedom class have had loungers. Speak to your stateroom attendant if by some chance you don't have loungers.

We had 9390 on Adventure last year and we had one lounger and one chair. Being that you are 7th deck your balcony should be a little bigger so maybe you'll have two loungers.

Yes there are two loungers and two chairs and a small table on that ship.
