Since the deluxe drink package is included with the Sky loft, does that include the little refer in the room?

Drink packages don't include the stateroom mini-fridge. However, if you are in a Star Class suite, then they may find a way to help you.

Actually I want to know if the snacks in the refrigerator are included. Which would be very important if that other reefer was involved.

Snacks are certainly not included because of the beverage package. However, as I mentioned, if your suite comes with a genie, lots of things can be done.
