SadieN Posted July 13, 2017 #26 Share Posted July 13, 2017 Please clarify. Thought I was succinct. ??? Carnival does do 15 day cruises, specifically Hawaii out of Long Beach. I have met people who were sailing on Carnival's dime in two Hawaii cruises. Unfortunately, do not know their cabin type.
Hey Tina Posted July 13, 2017 #27 Share Posted July 13, 2017 Thought I was succinct. ???Carnival does do 15 day cruises, specifically Hawaii out of Long Beach. I have met people who were sailing on Carnival's dime in two Hawaii cruises. Unfortunately, do not know their cabin type. This makes way more sense than your original post. I think it was too succinct and suffered from lack of proper sentence structure.

samshltn Posted July 17, 2017 #31 Share Posted July 17, 2017 I will keep spreading the word of your questionable business practices. ...by making vague statements amongst a group of seasoned cruisers who all suspect you just didn't read the offer properly... ...and then just disappearing forever.... Cruisin' Chick Posted July 18, 2017 #32 Share Posted July 18, 2017 I believe he got a flyer which had a picture of a ship - a Carnival ship - but it never actually said the cruise was to be on Carnival. Those time share promos do it all the time. EM I've gotten those postcards. With the Carnival logo on them and some return address (I can't remember if there's even a name of a company listed), which I imagine is really one of those mailbox places (so you can have a street address, but it's just boxes there). Those cards barely get a glance before they go in our recycling bin. I'm guessing if the OP had checked for responses, he or she would not bother to post. But I think this person just wanted to burn Carnival with a libelous comment that really misrepresents what really happened.
navybankerteacher Posted July 18, 2017 #33 Share Posted July 18, 2017 "CASINO SCAM" Back on topic: Of course, anyone who spends much time in casinos believing that there is any real possibility of coming out ahead at the end has permitted himself to be scammed. Does any thinking person really believe that casino operators give free or discounted cruises - or anything else of value - to encourage people to gamble if they thought there was any likelihood that those high rollers would come out ahead in the long run? Casino operators know that the more people gamble, the more they will lose--- period.
