Mike C Posted July 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 12, 2017 Hi everyone, My wife and I are looking at the repositioning cruise on the Divina in October 2018. I checked the average temperatures in the ports to get an idea what to expect, but I am wondering if anyone with experience can tell us what temperatures to expect on the crossing. The ship travels three days from the Azores to Bermuda. We'd also appreciate any advice you can give us. This would be our first cruise on MSC as well as our first time sailing in Europe and across the Atlantic. We've been on NCL and Carnival many times. Thank you, Mike
CGTNORMANDIE Posted July 12, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 12, 2017 Hi Mike, I have crossed the Atlantic many times and it is almost always different. The southern route is the best for warmer weather and smooth seas...most of the time lol. Your Divina route will take you a bit North and I believe you will be going from Bermuda to New York and that will mean colder. Check the average temps in the Azores, Bermuda and NY for October and you will have a good picture of the weather. Generally speaking, you will hit warmer weather 24 hours after leaving NY.
