Bermuda Weather next week--July 18-21

I am checking the weather forecast for Bermuda next week and it says 80% chance of rain. Is Bermuda like Florida, where it rains and then clears? Hoping that is the case! We sail from NYC on Sunday.

During our week (6/30 to 7/7) we had a couple of hit to miss showers, but nothing that lasted a long time. I wish you nothing but sunny skies.

I'm on the same cruise and hoping for the same. According to the forecast though it's going to be thunderstorms am and pm (not that I trust weathermen).

Might be small showers, might be a long lasting rainstorm, just like anywhere else.

It thunderstormed and rained in the morning until roughly 9 am. It would clear up to be sunny a few hours later. There was some showers throughout the day, but didn't ruin plans. You should be fine.

You can also checkout the official Bermuda weather services site http://www.weather.bm. They only forecast 4 days out but you can get a better idea of what to expect instead of weather.com

I was on the Breakaway to Bermuda in April...I foolishly started checking the weather 30 days out and I can tell you that every day it was a different forecast.....10 days out the weather was looking bad.....then good....then back to bad. The forecast was changing several times a day. As we set sail from NYC it was looking bad again. By time we arrived it was a few clouds and then beautiful....a few clouds then beautiful. You can't trust the forecast just enjoy :)

Looks like thunderstorms. 80% probability. Don't be in the water if there is lighting.
