deliver42 Posted July 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2017 For those who have cried about Royal's non-refundable deposits, at least they give you an obvious choice when doing a booking. On HAL, they only give the non-refundable price as their default. If you want a price with a refundable deposit, you must call. This is not even counting that their deposits are higher than Royal's. Tatka Posted July 14, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 14, 2017 You can book the same way as Royal, and cancel booking if you are outside of final payment.
deliver42 Posted July 14, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted July 14, 2017 I didn't say you couldn't, but at least with royal you don't have to call to get a price.
Tatka Posted July 14, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 14, 2017 All fares are refundable before final payment. And they are not different You always can book with an agent too.
genegri Posted July 14, 2017 #7 Share Posted July 14, 2017 I quite agree, OP. I find HAL's current practice very questionable to say the least.
