beej Posted July 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2017 I will be getting off the Empress on March 31st. I booked a flight out of Fort Lauderdale for 12:30pm. Is that enough time to get from Port of Miami to Fort Lauderdale airport? Thanx for any help. Haven't thought about transportation yet, but there are 4 adults. JohninDC Posted July 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 16, 2017 12:30 will be fine - you need to be at FLL between 11 and 10:30, which means off the ship, with bags, and rolling by about 9:30 Lots of shared shuttles suggested daily here - SAS, QLS, Go Airport, etc. for about $15 per person each way. Check the shuttle web sites to see if they pick up at your FLL hotel. UberXL for about $70 is another option. Have a great cruise!
daniny Posted July 16, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 16, 2017 You should have plenty of time to walk off the ship with your luggage. We also use a comparable shuttle company, Jiffy Jeff Transportation, for $15pp. Highly recommend early walk off and this shuttle company.
