I did receive a confirmation email that they received my payment, but nothing else. I have been watching my email/spam, but I haven't received any information from the actual website, voucher, directions, nothing! Is the payment information the only thing you get?? I have followed up via email asking about a confirmation and have heard nothing. HELP! What concerns me is this statement in the email: "We remind you that the final acceptance of its disposition remains at WWW.COOPCULTURE.IT's discretion which may refuse your authorized request. Rare 4cats4me Posted July 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2017 When we purchased via that website a couple years ago, it took a day or two for the e-mails with attachments bearing the actual ticket vouchers to show up. I remember this well because I called my credit card company immediately after, concerned that something had gone wrong. At any rate, the tix showed up within a day or two, and many on our roll call had encountered the same thing.
